Default Im having problems

I box on my own because theres no gyms anywhere nearby, the past few months ive been working out and it feels like my punch has gotten stronger with my technique and ive been having a few upper body problems.

Usually after 15-30 minutes of hitting a groundset heavy bag, my wrists start hurting, the next day they hurt a lot more, especially if i try to start hitting again. It's more in my left wrist than my right because i think i use it more. I punch correctly, i keep my arm straight and it connects correctly but it feels like my wrists can handle the pressure from my punches. What can I do about this.
Another problem I have is pains in my left shoulder. I don't know if its muscle pains or something else but when i start throwing fast and hard jabs it hurts, i first started feeling it when i was doing hitman punches. My jabs are pretty good, theyre fairly strong and cut the air but i dont think theyre strong enough to do that to my left shoulder by themselves, so maybe im doing something wrong or improper conditioning? I've taken breaks for a few days and they usually come back.

Are you wrapping your hands & wrists properly before you put on your gloves? The wraps ad support to your wrist and hand. You're hitting the hitman with wraps and gloves I assume?

Perhaps you aren't stretching your arms or warming up before vigorous punching. Did you gradually work up to hiting bags/hittman? When I started boxing, I shadow boxed for about 2 weeks with my coach working on technique. Then we moved on to focus mitts and then focus mitts with bag work. are you working out with weights for your shoulder?

Its hard to say what is wrong with your shoulder. You might ask a doctor.

Stretching is very important. I used to have the same problem with my shoulders at first whenever i hit the bag. It felt like someone was cutting my shoulders with a knife. Stretching really does help eliminate shoulder pain -trust me. Are you wrapping inbetween you fingers? That could be the reason.

Have you been hitting the bag too hard? You should start slowing down your punches and focusing more on technique for a week or so until your hand becomes better. After focusing on technique for a straight week you may come back even better!(If your hand continues to hurt consult a doctor)
