I would like to get into boxing for fitness purposes. I don't want to look stupid going to a gym and not know how to wrap my hands, not having basic fundamentals, etc. Do boxing gyms teach you this stuff or do I need to go to a boxing camp?
Thanks! |

Yes boxing gyms will teach you everything you need to know from day one including fundamentals, how to wrap hands etc.
Boxing is about three fourths mental. You learn to overcome your own shallow instincts in favor of keeping focus, challenging your mind and body and allowing yourself to learn for real. |
