This mimicks how you fight; for example 3 minutes of all out jump rope, 1 minute rest - repeat. When you fight, your moving around quickly staying light on your feet. You're not just treading along at an easy pace for 30 minutes. Skipping rope makes you stay light on your feet, uses coordination and if you do it fast enough it copies the intensity of your fight. |
