ok, so I have to travel a bunch and I've started jumping rope at the hotels while on the road. Thursday night I was around the 5 minute mark and something went snap between my ankle and calf.

I stopped and put some ice on it and was able to make it home but now 2 days later the pain has moved to the top of the calf.

Any ideas? (yes, I'll be going to a doc on Monday).

Sounds like a big ouch. .First thing that popped into my mind was the achilles. Hope thats not the case though.

Hey, just noticed your in sac.. I am in school in fresno. But my family lives in sac. I go back about once a month.

Cool, I train at Kickboxing Inc in Roseville and I have a bad feeling that I'll be off my feet for a bit. :-/

Is it the one with reagan? I didn't train there, but i heard it is very good. I trained in marinobles kickboxing for about 6-12 months. Is kickboxing the only training you have done?

Yeah, that's the same gym. I started doing kickboxing but messed up my shins and so I'm just boxing now. Great workout (for an old guy like me (48 this year)).

Eric has a fight on Friday up in Oroville that will be telecast on TeleMundo.
