Smart move.
Margarito has everything to lose with little to gain by beating up on a smaller man.
Plus the fight wouldn't sell well. Few if any believe in Shane's ability to rise to dominance anymore. He was awesome at lightweight, but he's peaked out ever since his fights with DelaHoya.
