    Default Wind & Rock

The Wind & Rock vol 2 video looks interesting. There may be some basic info on there and that is fine, I'm not too worried about it needing to be advanced material. Mainly I enjoy seeing others points of view and feel there may be some good information and training on it.

If anyone has seen the video I'd appreciate some feedback. And if the author wanted to give some insight on it I'd consider it unbiased.

    Thanks people,
    Hummm.....

    Hi Kengar,
This video is rather basic, but if you are looking for a different point of view I believe that it will be of value to you and your studies. It was shot at a camp where the students were all from traditional backgrounds. You will see the approach of progressive resistance along with training in all the ranges. You will also see how much fun the students have doing it. Enjoy your training, Burton
