Im Alvin, I have been a full-time personal training for ~7 yrs. Certified thru NSPA & ACE. Will have a BS. in Kinesiology May 2006. Martial arts instructor as well.

I think this would be good so we can discuss some of the challenges we face in our profession.

I've been intructing martial arts Sence 1985. A few years ago I redesign my kata to meet my personal style and now I teach my style of KickBoxing called WarriorRage KickBoxing in which I also written and published my own book. I also instruct Boxing for both the amatuer and professional level. I've been instructing boxing sence 2001. I'm also taking a fitness and Nutrition course.
