Hi. I put together this personal training certification practice exam and I thought it might help people here.

Client Assessment (5 questions)

1) What is the first thing needed before working with a client?

I would go for posture...unless the person's working with pulley's and their necklace might get snagged...ugh...ugly...paint a mental picture of THAT mess.
