i would like to hear what your workouts are the excercises(dumbells, wieghts, naut, calist(walking running) amount of sets, reps for the excercise and for the purpose...(speed, power ect)

I don't think there is an exact formula for this. I don't know either what your method background is. However, for my case, I do power training. I do fast lifts with heavy weight and slow returns. I need to keep my muscles relatively flexed and I can't afford to have stiff bulky mass. Balance free weight with cables because cables work your small muscles.
