Default Good site on Xing Yi

http://www.xingyitchuen.com.br/index_2.html

Check out the videos. They have alive training, including sparring and reflex training drills (not preset).

Looks really good to me.

Those reflex drills look like sloppy kali derivations. Don't like the wing chun dummy in the background either....seems suspect.

A WC dummy can be used by any martial art for conditioning, accuracy, and speed drills.

Sure, maybe they are using a few drills from some other martial arts, but at least it's not solely form work.

for me, the only KungFu that are compatible to practice the Wooden Dummy are only the ff:
1. WingChun KungFu
2. ChiDianBun KungFu
3. ChoyLiFut KungFu

and nothing more.......

Bagua also makes use of the dummy although this is rarely seen.

i think the dummy of Bagua like an electric post without 3-arms like those of wingchun..... it is called Plum Flower Posts Dummy and not Wooden Dummy...
