Kung-Fu or Toshindo?
I was curious to know which "style" would be more ideal for self-defense. Honestly, I have a strong interest in them both, but I'd like to focus on one, obviously.
I realize how many styles Kung-Fu encompasses, but is it an ideal martial art to learn for self-defense? Thanks in advance. |
