Mates of mine want to make a kungfu movie. One guy wants to train to do good kicks like Jet Li. How long does it take to get flexible if your 29 years old and beable to do good kicks, spinning jumping kicks roundhouse like your foot stays in the air and whacks out to someones face in slow motion.

What kind of exercises are best for this ?. Can this be done.

If Keenau reeves can do kungfu fighting in 3 months sure my mate can what do u think ?

Dude, TKD kicks are NOT cool onscreen. They're lame as hell. You need to learn some rare style of Kung Fu, or something.

anyway, are you planning on making some high powered go to hollywood movie? or are you just messin around with a camcorder? cause me and a couple friends were messing around witht he idea, and you really dont need many high kicks to look amazing, just good camera work. you know, make it look fast, and confusing. and if you wanna throw some kicks, go for simple ones, casue no one does matrix crap in real life.

also, do stuff with weapons. people will be impressed with the weapons.

anyways, thats all i got.
