not only joint locks and grappling, but Chin or qin na. which should include fen jin dividing the muscle/tendon, cao gu misplacing the bone, bi qi sealing the breath, dian mai vein/artery press,dian xue pressing qi channel.. As a 2nd year black belt we learn effective joint locking skills along with some basic muscle tendon division. These are not mistical powers, but they sure friggin hurt.
