The Ultimate in Martial Arts

Saw a demo of this yesterday, looks like good stuff. Probably one of the few kung fu styles I would actually give a shot. They do a lot of impact conditioning and body hardening, and have some pretty neat techniques.

Where have you seen that demo? Internet? I want to see too.

It was a live demo actually, but I'm sure you could probably find some things on the Internet. It interested me as they did a lot of impact conditioning similar to hard karate, hard blocks (i.e. catching a fist on their forearm or elbow), chin na, low kicks, and some other interesting things.
