Does anyone know anything about this Chi Gung(I know I wrote something?!
about it but, that was essentially $%#@ $%#@#)? We are going to be learning Tai Chi in combination with Chi Gung; or learning ..."how to realise Chi whilst doing Tai Chi...". Sound's exciting, but can anyone enlighten me on what to expect: or do I just have to wait and see?(I hate that!!) Who know's Tai Chi here!!?

I have some experience in yang style tai chi as well as some chi kung
what you can expect is some tingling sensations mainly in your legs, and after awhile it moves up to your arms and hands. It gets kind of warm, and for me anyways, at first it was kind of uncomfortable, but i got used it and it became a more pleasant experience. Good luck, and have fun!
