Schedule for Tai Chi seminar

Registration 9-10am
10-11 - Qigong
11-12:30 - push hands (will also demonstrate competition rules and regulations)
12:30- 1:30 - (break for lunch)
1:30-3:00 - Tai Chi martial application/combat & self defense
3- 3:15 (break)
3:15-4:00 - application/combat continued with corrections
4 - 5:00 - Healing self massage
5 - 5:15 - (break)
5:15 - 6:15 - Shaman work (philosophy)
6:15 - 6:30 - (break)
6:30 - 7:00 - Q & A
