i have a training uniform that is wieghted its very heavy and its heated inside, it consits of, 6 leg and ankle wieghts, 1 waist frontal weight, 1 back central weight, 6 arm and wrist weights, one neck wieght, and 2 head weights, all lined in the clothing and garment pieces, my wife made it with my directions, she is a fashion designer and found it simple to do, i helped with its sturdyness and durability to wear and tear of my training methods. i havent seen anything else like it ever its unique, well not if you count dragonball ~Z. where i got the idea years and years ago haha

first of all lol yes PT's do choose there hours, yes the clients do choose the time, but i choose the clients man, i am registerd with a few gyms and again no, the gym dosent tell me when to come in, im not a gym assistant on there books with the pay system, gyms dont pay freelance personal trainers of my type, i use the gym the gym dosent use me my friend. i get to basicly hire out halls/rooms/departments in the gym for my class to learn in at a very cheap price, i make the scheduals with the gym when its convinient to me, i do step-a-jams, bodypumps, aerobics to music classes a couple times a week, if that sometimes more though depends how i feel, if i cant make it to an arranged class with my gym clients not my freelance clients then someone else will fill in for me, its not like i lose much money if i miss a class or 2 when i want, i dont even really need to work witht he gyms free lance personal training is where the money is. and dont think because ima young PT that im not a good one. i do my damn best to help people get into shape and meet there fitness needs, lots of my clients love my approach to training, i mix the east with the west, anyways enough about my clients and work for now, and if you must know im registerd with YMCA fit in london, and another thing about personal trainers, its so easy to make money dont even have to advertise anymore or go far to get clients or custom, www.gumtree.com i could just go on that site (wich i do actually sometimes) and call up people with contct numbers or via email, and there you go work thats convinient at a push of a button.

if you have a knack for it then personal training isnt hard atall, i find all you have to do is find out what thing/things motivate that person then work witht hat, the key to training is motivation, then dedication, (my little rhyming catch phrase that i use for lazy people lol) yeah anyways conclusion i dont have to work hard to get them in shape, they have to work hard to get there own ass in shape, i teach people to motivate themselves and to stop making damn excusses tough love man, theres no room for excuses in those pants mister!. lol im quite mean actually when im at work but tis for there own good.
