As a personal trainer and sports massage therapist it is important to keep up to date with injuries and how to treat and deal with them of course if major then you would medically refer!
It is also good to keep mentally up to date with things like nutrition and fintess trainign ideas and techniques especially if your a martial artist in training because you want to be putting as much training outside of the dojo into becoming fit and strong and developing power ![]() I am gradually going to build up a date base on the web site with info on fitness ideas for training, message baords for other trainers or martial artsits to post their own ideas for training in the gym and also nutritional info etc. This week i am focusing more on injuries such as skin injuries, tendon injuries, ligaminet damge, etc etc!!! Hope you are all well and fighting fit! I look forward to your in put and adivce as well as messages ![]() Please also if you have any queries or questions please put them to me its all good practice for myself as i am just newly qulified as a personal trainer and wish to gain as much knowledge and experience as i possibly can. Kind Regards, Little Demon http://groups.msn.com/EmmasTemple/homepage
