Default Breathing correctly.

i was curious as to how people breath in there daily life and when training/fighting,

i personally breath through my stomach not my chest i assume all of you also breath into your stomach not your chest?.

i assume because this is chinese martiala rts forum, so we should all be doing correct breathing right?,

peace

I don't like "touching" my breathing too much. Right kind of breathing comes with relaxation, which in turn comes from practise; Zhan Zhuang, Taiji etc.
