there have been some VERY enlightening MMA thoughts on self defense on this forum...when confronted with a knife...run get in your car and run over the attacker ....and the ever important dont punch out car windows in a road rage while wearing ring gear...

No doubt sport fighters make the best fair fighters on the planet... however the streets aint fair...i can be oblivous to the rules of the ring without endangering my life...you cant say the same about the street.
