well after 5 shots of xylocaine that had little effect on my elbow tendonitis I decided to try acupuncture and let me just say this WOW

8 little needles and some low-voltage (my doc practices modern acupuncture)

and the next day I was 90% pain free I went back for another treatment and now I am 100%

anyone else ever used acupuncture?

Ever used the seeds in the points on the ear

holy shit they HURT

but man o man they work...sleeping on them when the ear is sore sucks though...
