    Default acupuncture

    well after 5 shots of xylocaine that had little effect on my elbow tendonitis I decided to try acupuncture and let me just say this WOW

    8 little needles and some low-voltage (my doc practices modern acupuncture)

    and the next day I was 90% pain free I went back for another treatment and now I am 100%

    anyone else ever used acupuncture?

    If the guy working on you knows his stuff, It ROCKS

    Ever used the seeds in the points on the ear holy shit they HURT but man o man they work...sleeping on them when the ear is sore sucks though...
