They did name the thing "Andre vs kickboxer". Why not name the kickboxer if he also was in the WT school?
Maybe because they want to make it look as if they can easely defeat a kickboxer ( obviously not EU or japanese style kickboxing what he's doing)
Maybe you are right but then why is the (kick)boxer of the couple at the back wearing shoes just like the WT guys?

I would also wear shoes on that floor.
Anyway, the kickboxer with the shin guards isn't wearing any shoes, so that nullifies the other kickboxers wearing of shoes, hehe.
I guess we will never know...

Hehe no, it only nullifies his "wearing of shoes", not him being a kickboxer. So he's a kickboxer without shoes on.

I saw an axe-kick, a sidekick, and a veeeery snappy lead leg kick with the instep looking like the contact surface, that plus his footwork leads me to say no way in hell has this guy studied Muay Thai for longer than a week.
seems like the WC (or wt or whatever flavor it is) lands a few shots to the face, not really fair seeing how he has some rags tied on his hands and the so-called kick boxer is acually wearing hand gear. after watching it a few times seems like its just a chance for someone to show how WT can dominate "kickboxing". too bad no one from Wing-chun ever made the trip to Thailand, they do some bareknuckle fighting on certain occasions and Im sure they would let the WT Fahrang play if he asked nicely.

Correct.

And he'd last about 0.21 seconds.
