I love slow forms. I would suggest that readers read eric's bio before viewing the vid. Anybody know the rules for doing a form slow and flowing or fast and hard? What I mean is that I see TKD people do their forms very hard and forceful. When I took shotokan, they would alternate and sometimes do them hard and at other times do them soft and flowing. What's the difference? Whats the philosophy?

Earle was practicing Hao chuan but he does it like Tai chi...Hao chuan is much more fluid, unless you have seen 18 devils palms there isnt anything to compare it to except Tibetan Tai chi. However, if you dont know what Hao Chuan is there is no way you have ever seen the rest of those.
Thanks, Martial arts is truely a lifetime of learning.
