short clip of Tai Chi seminar
Hi all,
Quick clip of Tai chi seminar by my teacher Alex Kozma. I am the one being thrown around a bunch in the white Tshirt. the guy with the beard is ex-regiment and a close protection officer. Although this doesnt demonstrate real fighting in any way, it give an impression of the 4 primary energies of tai Chi .. peng, lu, ji and An.... and their application.
