Default Tai Chi

'John teaches Yang and Chen style Tai Chi Chuan, Bagua and Hsing I, as well as many more 'obscure' martial arts.

could someone explain to me the text that i have made bold please. Wahst the difference between them?

Another question about Tai Chi, I know its supposed to be a fighting style, but slowed down to perfect the moves, but when learning it, do you ever put it into practice?

the reasonw hy im askin is because Tai Chi has just seemed to come across to people now as somethin for an exercise DVD where people just destress and do various stretches like Yoga.

An Episode of Mind body and Kickass Moves said that its ne of the most affective Martial Arts

so yes, discuss and inform me please

cheers

there is this amazing invention called the internet, you seem to have grasped that, however you need to find a search engine...read, look at the pictures and vids...do some research on your own, then come ask some questions....you are asking very broad questions that several books couldnt properly answer....read the MANY threads in this forum alone....then ask about the parts you dont understand....there are plenty of videos posted on here that show the differences and tons of comments....this is a discussion forum, not a classroom
