I think I might be doing this in my form. If I were one of those old vinyl records, internally it feels like I’m being played backwards. This may come out in the way I move but, I have never seen myself do it (IE on video). It DOES come out vocally; my voice sounds weird, Bruce Lee like, and kind of backwards…and yes, for those who have been wandering…I just took a huge bong hit

This I do. I would say this is kind of a normal thing…right? I'm really asking because I don't know, dude.

If you see those two ideas similiarities its easy then to add the circle walking movements of Bagua into the equation, now that heart penetrating palm strike is also the begining of "golden cock announces dawn" (think chin jab and trip on the other side )
You lost me on that “golden cock” thing but, everything else I think I’m getting. Is this circle walking and “trip on the other side” moving you to the back side of your opponent? In other words, is this how Bagua dudes end up on someone’s back?

"Golden cock announces dawn" is also called Bi Fan Da Xiong "Arm turns over the large bear" The idea being that if two kids were standing side by side facing the same direction then if the kid on the left grabs the other kids right hand with his own rt hand and bends over it will drag the other kid with him...thats called two children worship buddha, now if the kid on the left puts his left leg behind the other kids rt leg and lifts the leg to the front with his own leg while pushing back with the left arm across the chest. That will plant the kid flat on his back looking up at the sun, hence the name, golden cock announces dawn
