Hello all,

In case anyone was interested in Five Ancestors Fist (Wu Zu Quan in mandarin or Ngo Cho Kun in a Fujian dialect), here is a link to a website with all the info:

You can even opt to study the fist in Fujian province if you like.

Five Ancestors Fist is a Southern Chinese martial art, originating in Fujian Province. It is derived from White Crane Fist, Great Ancestor Fist, Monkey Fist, Da Mo (Bodhidarma) Fist, and Mysterious Female Fist. Some people consider Wu Zu Quan to be the mother style of Wing Chun.

Good thinking, all the most popular things are definately the best...I want a sony stereo system, who ever heard of Krell???

Wuzuquan is not wushu. I would not make the claim that it is the best martial art, but I have found it to be the best for me.
