jet li demonstrating wushu in 1978 and it says here chang quan and can u tell me its english name and what chang quan are for is it only in forms or purpose for defense?....thx

Chang Quan = Long Fist


It is a name/banner for lots of Chinese Wushu schools. Mainly modern Wushu schools.
