I am looking into getting into Bagua, but I notice there are a few types. I seen stuff like old 8 palms, then there is a dragon style, and a yin fu style, then a dragon, etc.......
So are they all pretty much the same? Are there applications alike? Are some more about health (or good for it), while others are more martial? If someone studies bagua, do they usually study more than one type? Does each type have a lot of type of forms? Anything else to consider? Thanks. |
