Geesh if thats your standard it's a good thing you never saw me on a dance floor back in the day when "Everybody was Kung Fu fightin," came on.

let me tell you something about dancing. i have only been asked to dance by a female 1 time in my life. and i was so clueless once i got on the dance floor that i started doing uchikomi steps that i had practiced in judo to the beat of the music. that was all i had.

I have only done some CMA for one year, but mostly just MMA type martial arts.

to the casual observer, those vids look like nothing but a stupid dance routine, but when one looks closer and starts to realise the secrets within the moves they make,
they no longer look like stupid dancers, but effective martial artists

I really hope one day to get deep into cma

thanks for the vid posts, I really enjoy watching and learning from them
