Default what is the best style of tai chi

I'm trying to decide between yang and sun forms. I haven't done tai chi since last semester baout 2 plus months ago and I miss it. the ciriclum I wil be using will be Dr. Paul Lam's he is the teacher the professer at school who taught the tai chi class. www.taichiproductions.com
