Interesting, especially the applications.

It was good seeing the defender parry, block and evade 2-3 punch combinations, rather than throwing one big telegraphed punch.

Since its an instruction video, the movements are done in 'segments' but that's the case even in instruction video for Thaiboxing and MMA.
