After finishing one of my tai chi classes we were told about something called ghost style. I was just wondering if anyone had any more information about what it is and what it is based off of. The history behind it.
Also I am currently taking the sword form of tai chi and was wondering if anyone was familiar with the sword form using two swords instead of one? |
