hello everyone,

i would like to know if anyone has played with the YO YO?.. nope, i'm not talkin about when we were kids playin with a "duncan" yoyo toy... i'm wondering if anyone practices it in their eskrima curriculum... i read some accounts in books and magazines, but does anyone do this lost art?

any experiences or suggestions or advice?
