new training tool?

Saw this in the dick's sporting goods circular, might work for training reflex and accuracy - or might not. Weigh in with some opinions.

Hmmm that sure does look interesting. I'd give it a shot with my heavy rattan to see how I can work with it for FMA training.

Okay, I'm not nuts or anything then. I just thought if you put it at shoulder or elbow height you may be able to use it to train. Now I just have to find some free time to pick one up.
