Hi Everyone!

We are having a workshop on Bankaw/Bo staff. Here are the details.

PAMANA NG MANDIRIGMA
(WARRIOR'S LEGACY)
"PRESERVE THE LEGACY, ADD TO THE LEGACY, PASS THE LEGACY ON"

INTERNATIONAL PHILIPPINE MARTIAL ARTS FEDERATION USA HQ IN COORDINATION WITH A.R.M.A.S. USA PROUDLY PRESENTS:
A BANKAW/ BO STAFF WORKSHOP

This is open to all martial artisits. Topics include twirling, abecedario/ basic strikes and defense, techniques and palit palit drill/ a two man drill to put everything you learned in this workshop together.

This workshop will be conducted by Guro Alex Ercia. A certified Master Instructor in Kombatan. First generation Direct student of GM Ernesto Presas Sr.

Equipment needed: Staff, groin for the men, water, comfortable clothes and sneakers.

The workshop will be located at

440 Hacienda Blvd.
Pleasanton CA 94588
The location is at the Pleasanton campus. At the Kaiser Permanente and Oracle location.
