hubud drill variations help!!!!!!

hi all can you tell me how to do the hubud drill switch , elbow hubud drill loop drill and all other variots of hubud drills.. thanks so much

Does anyone know Allain's Kali web page? He's from Ray Terry's eskrima-digest If so, can you post it for nic? I have it on my computer, but it's not set up yet due to me moving.

The striking arts imply all fights start standing up. The clinching arts imply the clinch can stop the striker from striking, and the grappler from taking it to the ground. The weapon arts imply the they can stop the unarmed man. A complete martial art implies any fight can go anywhere...be ready and able to go everywhere.
