palisut flow drill..who knows it? who has a link?

does anyone have a link to a set of instrucs for the palisut drill? i did it once only with my teacher, years ago, and it was one of those drills that never popped up again, for some reason.. i saw a vid of it on the edges2 site, but can't tell by watching (maybe i'm that big of a novice..?) exactly what they are doing. it looks beautiful, and seems like a great thing to throw into my hubud practice, as an alternate within the drill...

any help?
