is there permission to offer something for sale on this forums?

i have a special stick (metal rod inside the stick) for sale. is it against the rules to offer it here?

There is no problem with the occasional post regarding an item for sale from regular members of the forum in my opinion. However Mr. Mousel has never said one way or another.

I agree. If you're putting up an occasional item from time ti time and spending your regular posts on constructive participation, you're okay. We just don't want wanton selling or spamming.
