Apologies if you have seen this, but its a pretty interesting clip about the Weapons and Fight training behind "300". If you haven't seen it, hope you find it interesting.

Michael - great clip.... I'd thought the fighting in "300" was a bit modern looking. Here's a good clip, too. Enjoy.

I may be the only person in America who hasn't seen this yet. Thanks for posting. Happy to see Guro Dan's students representing him well.

To be honest I didn't rate 300 as a film, but never really expected to. I expected it to be visually stunning and have very good action scenes, but not much substance. Thats pretty much what I got.

I did think the choreography, in particular the blade work, was very good.
