Come STICK a round under our roof...

There is a quiet but growing FMA circuit here in Houston Texas on all corners of the city. Up in the Northwest side of town(beltway8/hwy 290) at Tim Mousel's MMA gym there are FMA classes going on Tuesday and Friday evenings beginning at 6 til 7pm and taught by yours truly. Every now and then we'll gather up on one Saturday during the day and train at one of the parks and do a little sparring until the cops come and stop us. Fortunately, that hasn't happened.

I'm doing a test-run class for Saturday mornings at 10:00 am at the MMA Gym on Brittmoore Rd. beginning on the 15th of this month. The 15.00 group session fee still applies for those who show up to train.

Wow... it was chilly this morning and a few people actually did show up and trained. We had a great time keeping the session as active as possible just to stay warm and it was worth it!

Doin' it again next Saturday.
