The UK news is describing the attack as nothing less than a declaration of war, however as yet (6.27pm BST) no-one is admitting responsibility.

Hi,
Again from the UK news, Bin Laden's people have denied involvment. This is unusual in that they normally are the first in line when attacks against the US have happened. At this very moment I think those responsible will be keeping a very low profile due to the liklihood of an "extreme" response from the US. Bill |

Of course, he may be denying it because he knows the response would be pretty major. On the one hand, I hope that authorities don't jump the gun and get the wrong person/people ... but on the other hand, I hope reprisal is swift ... if for no other reason than the morale of American citizenry.
