![]() | i train there and i think it is an excellent realistic self-defense program. i could be considered biased since i train there so your best bet is to stop by and see what you think. bring your gear and give a class a try. professor david james is a well known and respected teacher, he would be happy to have you try out a class. there is a seminar march 2, so that would also be a good time to check them out. also, welcome to the forum!
