Filipino Martial Arts Seminar
Gat Puno Abon will be teaching the Garimot System of Arnis de Mano and Harimaw Buno. In addition, he will share the culture, history and philosophy of the Filipino fighting arts. Lessons will cover single and double-stick fighting (Baston), knife fighting (Balisong), hand-to-hand combat (Mano-mano) and the standing/ground fighting of Harimaw Buno (Filipino art of wrestling).
· When: July 12-13 2003
· Time: 9:30 AM till 5:00 PM (one hour break for lunch)
· Where: TY Park in Hollywood, FL (exit I-95 @ Sheridan Street, head West)
· Cost: $65 for one day

· What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes and training shoes, bring a practice knife, sticks and something to drink.
