Post New Talio Silat Sarung Instructors

Hello Everyone,

I'm Sarah Torres, the daughter of Tuhon Roberto Torres. I'm new to this forum, I came across it recently when I did a search on "Tuhon Roberto Torres" & was happy to see the post of someone I recognize, I was like "This is cool!."
Thanks Guro Steve for your support by posting an announcement of our Sarung seminar.
I'm actually going to post the results here in my message.

The following announcement was made by Tuhon Roberto Torres:

"Greetings everyone,

Just a short note to say:

Congratulations to all the recent Talio Silat Sarung Instructors! These individuals went through an extensive course on the non-assuming, but highly effective Sarung. Not only were they presented with a large amount of material, but they also had to pass a Sarung Practicum and a written exam. I am pleased to say that they all passed with flying colors.

It was a pleasure to watch this first generation of Sarung Instructors performing their techniques in such a smooth fashion. At the end of the course each individual stepped up proudly and received their license authorizing them to teach the Talio Silat Sarung techniques. This is the first ever course of its kind offered on the Sarung. We applaud the following graduates:

Herman Williams, NY
David Verschell, NY
Sarah Torres, NY
Raquel Torres, NY
Chuck Giangreco, NY
Kara Brown, NY
Samuel Scott, MD
Carey Gormes, MD
Steve Braun, MD
Shawn Gillin, MD
Dawud Muhammad, PA
Sue Smith, PA
Chad Dulin, DE
Sean Seaforth, DC
Elizabeth Rodriguez, DC
Marcus Jones, DC

If anyone is interested in contacting the above mentioned individuals about Talio Silat Sarung Practitioner Courses, their names will be listed soon at www.TalioSilat.com

Salam Hormat,

Roberto Torres
