![]() | At the end of a 3 hour Taekwondo Squad Training Session yesterday a woman whose name currently escapes me, came out and took us all through some yoga stretches. I was just wondering what the general opinion is on yoga and its potential for overall flexibility. Adam. |

![]() | Yoga in my opinion is a great thing to learn. As far as flexibility it does help, considering it helps u relax while going through the stretches, letting the muscles get comfortable and develope... ive been taken it for a bit and have seen alot of improvement in my flexibility and vigor as well. the only problem is that alot of people see it as a female thing and then get all "man" like saying how it is "only for women" and such, but it helps me in my MA alot and i only have good things to say peace |

![]() | My mum has recently started Yoga. She told me they were doing these relaxation techniques and the woman next to her fell asleep on the mat, and started snoring!
