    Diet

I like to train a lot but usually when i train i need to guzzle like 2 big gatorades to keep my engery up. I know the problem has to be what i am eating but i eat like a steak, fish, and some kind of green for dinner every night. What can i do to get more energy but not have to worry about eating something that is bad for my body?

I eat a banana, and drink a glass of orange juice or Lucozade before training. I find it helps get you through your session when you've been working all day.

On the evenings I do train, I normally stay away from salad and stuff for lunch because I always feel hungry by 3pm!

Just eat a lot of carbs throughout the day, lots of fruits and stuff. Also, make sure you don't go all out too quickly. Often this is what leads to burn out. Take in a multi vitamin, and maybe an energy bar for a quick burst.

BuilderofMuscle was on the right track you may need to eat more if to keep up the amount of energy you are burning.

    Try Meditating

Any meditation or Tai chi/qigong standing meditations would help. The problem may be your inner energy/qi might not be flowing freely. The best way to free up the flow of your natural energy would be meditating frequently, 10-30 minutes a day(though 2-5 minutes would still help a lot).

Also, Drink LOTS of water and eat protein. The more the merrier. Excess carbs(too much gatorade and sugary carbs) can reverse your energy.

A great book that describes the internal process of this is called "Protein Power", similar to the atkins diet, but way more in depth description of why this is so. You can get it at Raileys, Safeway, Albertsons or any book store, its not hard to find and its cheap.

Damn, that blueberry got me lifted

Safeway and Alberstons, eh? Excellent. As for the other people lets just hope the store chain exists where they live, otherwise they'll be going "what the hell is a safeway?"

caffeine is the devil. I would do a whole examinatin of what you are eating right now on average and then find out how much energy you are expelling during your workout. If you are trying to lose weight then you will be taking in just a little bit less than what you are expelling but if not then a few extra calories and what not wouldn't hurt. Red Bull really isn't what you need because it is just a temporary fix. If you were to overhaul your diet a little then the problem should be solved.
