reverse crunches are very good leg raises are also excellent
check your diet. it does not matter how many crunches you do if you don't trim the body fat.
Good Mornings With Dumbells And/or With Barbell
All The Others Above Are Good Too :d and eat low carb high protein. you really do have to loose the flab, but you can still strengthen underneath the fat.

lie on the floor with your arms at your sides, palms facing down. Lift your legs perpendicular to the floor. Raise your hips and glutes straight up off th floor by using your abdominals - imagine trying to ttouch the ceiling wit the soles of your shoes - then lower your ips to the floor.
