![]() | lie on the floor with your arms at your sides, palms facing down. Lift your legs perpendicular to the floor. Raise your hips and glutes straight up off th floor by using your abdominals - imagine trying to ttouch the ceiling wit the soles of your shoes - then lower your ips to the floor.
