Im 15 years old, 5'3, and ive been lifting weights for a while...ive been lifting since last year for football so i was just wondering did i stunt my growth already? i want to grow some more but im not sure if im still growing. i drink a lot of milk and juice everyday. is there ne way i can do to grow taller or sumthing?

getting taller has to do with genetics. You'll get ur growth spurt when u'll get it. My dad got his growth spurt during the freshman year of college, so some people grow late.. real late. Anyways, don't go TOO heavy TOO quickly. Keep your reps around 15 or so and lay off the juice. That shit'l make you FAT!
