Drink more water +
Eat more raw fruits and vegetables+ Eat less fried food + Eat less sweets. + Eat less meat = All the diet advice anyone needs. ![]()

More like 4-6 ounces/day total protein (I'm not a nutritionist, if someone has better numbers please chime in). There are a lot of details regarding food: serving sizes and calorie counts and things, but it boils down to this... When you eat junk food consistently, your body becomes accustomed to it, and then you crave sugar and McDonalds fries whenever you are hungry. If you eat fruits and veggies, pasta and grains and nuts, then your body will crave those things when you are hungry instead. Think of it this way: By your daily eating decisions, you are making a list of foods that your body can choose from when its hungry. If you eat lots of apples and oranges, your body will crave those things when it needs calories; similarly, if you drink lots of beer, your body will recognize beer as an available source of calories and crave that instead.
